3. Account Registration
3.1 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address.
3.2 One Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on luckyplay.ph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. If luckyplay.ph determines that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be suspended, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with those accounts may be forfeited.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. luckyplay.ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of our KYC obligations, we may require you to submit identity verification documents, including a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
luckyplay.ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. luckyplay.ph aims to process e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1-3 business days depending on the receiving bank. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed the KYC verification process. luckyplay.ph reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before a withdrawal can be requested, unless otherwise specified. This requirement is in place to prevent money laundering and fraud.
4.4 Fees
luckyplay.ph does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet, etc.) may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements (rollover), maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x bonus). Only real money bets contribute toward wagering requirements unless otherwise stated. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies solely to clear wagering requirements, is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential account termination.
Example: If you receive a ₱500 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you must place ₱15,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
6. Gameplay Rules
All games on luckyplay.ph are governed by their respective rules, which are available within each game or on the platform's help pages. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet. luckyplay.ph uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. All game results are final and binding.
In the event of a technical malfunction, network error, or software defect that affects game outcomes, luckyplay.ph reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. luckyplay.ph is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages.

Abusive, offensive, or disruptive behavior in live chat will result in immediate removal from the table and potential account suspension.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on luckyplay.ph and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

8. Intellectual Property

11. Account Suspension & Termination
